Tasks
- Own and execute the full-cycle recruitment process (from sourcing to offer) for a variety of roles
- Design and implement role-specific sourcing strategies, using both traditional and creative methods to attract top talent
- Act as a culture ambassador, actively contributing to initiatives that strengthen and scale our vibrant office culture in Lisbon
- Support and develop employer branding initiatives, including recruitment campaigns, social media content and partnerships that position much. as an employer of choice
- Support the candidate experience afterwards, with tailored onboarding plans and talent development
- Bachelor or Master’s in Human Resources Management
- \ > 3 years of experience in recruiting
- Experience in recruiting technical roles will be a plus
- Familiarity with ATS and modern sourcing tools
- Comfortable with employer branding initiatives
- Fast learner with a structured working style and a high level of commitment
- Motivated, team player and autonomous working style
- Top-notch communicator
