The Role
We’re looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our People&Culture Team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes across different business units and geographies, helping us attract and hire top talent that aligns with our values and culture.

Your Mission
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, your primary focus will be to drive and manage recruitment processes end-to-end, ensuring we find and hire the right talent to meet current and future business needs. You’ll work closely with hiring managers and People Business Leads, acting as a trusted advisor in all things recruitment.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Own and manage full-cycle recruitment processes across different functions and geographies
  • Define sourcing strategies and actively search for qualified candidates using tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and talent pools
  • Conduct interviews and assessments, ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience
  • Build strong partnerships with hiring managers, advising on profiles, processes, and market trends
  • Maintain and optimize our ATS and recruitment data to support decision-making
  • Support employer branding and talent pipeline initiatives to increase visibility and attract top talent

What We’re Looking For
  • 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in talent acquisition, ideally in international or matrix organizations
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and recruitment best practices
  • Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for people and culture
