We’re now hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and evolve recruitment delivery from our Aveiro office. This is not your average TA Manager role - it’s a hands-on, fast-moving, globally focused opportunity where adaptability, resilience, and strong judgment will be critical to your success.
About the RoleAs Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll lead a team of four Talent Acquisition Partners (three permanent, one FTC) working across multiple regions and time zones. You’ll be expected to provide strategic oversight, coaching, and operational execution, You will also get stuck in and run your own requisitions. This is not a pure people management role, it’s about balancing leadership and delivery.
You will be helping to embed new systems, evolve how we work, and navigate a fast-changing environment. Things move quickly here, so we need someone who can stay calm under pressure, manage competing priorities, and stay productive when things are still being figured out. Key Responsibilities- Lead, support and coach a global team of 4 TA Partners (3 perm, 1 FTC)
- Manage your own requisitions across technical and business areas
- Build trusted relationships with hiring managers across regions and functions
- Champion operational excellence in recruitment processes, metrics and delivery
- Support the rollout of system improvements and new tools
- Act as a true business partner to stakeholders while balancing global hiring needs
- Monitor performance data and lead regular reporting on TA effectiveness
- Help embed a high-performing, collaborative TA culture
- Solid experience managing end-to-end recruitment across multiple business areas
- Experience leading and mentoring recruiters or internal talent acquisition teams
- Comfortable working across time zones and managing multiple priorities at once
- Confident working in evolving, high-change environments
- Able to work independently, make decisions, and move things forward
- A pragmatic problem-solver with sound judgment and people skills
- Fluent English required (spoken and written)
- Must be comfortable commuting to our office in Aveiro - this is a hybrid role (3 days in office, 2 days from home)
