What You Will Do
As our intern, you’ll work at the heart of Amgen’s recruitment team at the ACCP in Lisbon. You will support a range of initiatives that strengthen our talent pipeline, amplify our employer brand, and elevate our candidate experience. You’ll collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition / HR colleagues, communications and hiring managers.
In this role, you will:
- Support End-to-End Recruitment: Assist in job postings, screening applications, scheduling interviews (using our automated system), and communicating with candidates and hiring teams.
- Engage in Talent Scouting: Use sourcing tools (including our AI driven Candidate Relationship Management system) to identify promising candidates and help build diverse talent pools for current and future hiring needs.
- Boost Employer Branding: Help develop and roll out content for social media and internal campaigns that position Amgen as an employer of choice.
- Drive University Relations: Assist with coordinating campus outreach initiatives, student events, and partnerships with academic institutions.

What We Expect of You
We welcome applications from curious, proactive, and driven individuals who want to make an impact. Ideally, you are:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s graduate in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Interested in pursuing a career in Talent Acquisition and / or Human Resources.
- An effective communicator with strong organizational skills.
- Comfortable working in English and Portuguese (additional language is a plus).
- Eager to learn, open to feedback, and ready to collaborate in an international environment.
