Descrição do emprego
- Provide Service Desk support using various tools for ticket handling, troubleshooting, resolution, or escalation.
- Monitor and follow up on tickets (incidents/requests/changes) to ensure end-to-end SLA compliance.
- Apply technical knowledge to resolve IT/IS-related issues.
Qualificações
- Experience with Office 365, Teams, and Windows environments.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow (preferred, not mandatory).
- Good level of English (spoken and written).
