Location-KL Sentral,Malaysia(Need to relocate malaysia, company will provide visa, flight tickets and 14 days accommodation)

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls for members
Answer questions regarding insurance benefits, co-pays, and hospital networks
Promote participation in health events (e.g., colonoscopies, mammograms, flu shots)
Provide empathetic support to members with chronic/fatal conditions or those who recently lost a loved one
Record call details and escalate issues as needed
Use collaboration tools like Teams/Zoom for communication and training
✅ Requirements:
Degree/diploma
At least 6 months of CS/call center/healthcare-related experience preferred (newcomers may apply)
Strong empathy, active listening, and communication skills
Comfortable with multitasking and working in a dynamic environment
Able to use Windows OS, multiple screens, Teams/Zoom/Skype
