Litehaus is also building a platform to allow hundreds of Real Estate Agents in Portugal to receive commissions on bank loan financing and construction value.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Agent, located in Lisbon. The Real Estate Agent will handle a variety of day-to-day tasks, including listing and showing properties, negotiating sales, assisting clients with buying and selling real estate, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role will also involve maintaining a thorough understanding of the real estate market and keeping up-to-date with property laws and regulations.
Qualifications
- Possession of a valid Real Estate License
- Experience in Customer Service and Real Estate
- Proficiency in Sales and Real Property transactions
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the Lisbon real estate market is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field is beneficial
