What you’ll do:
- Develop and implement tailored Sustainability & ESG consulting services for clients across the real estate sector.
- Collaborate with clients to define their sustainability goals and strategic roadmaps, supporting execution through clear action plans.
- Provide technical insights and data-driven recommendations to guide informed ESG-related decision-making in the client’s best interest.
- Evaluate, improve, and report on the ESG performance of real estate assets and portfolios, including those owned, managed, or developed by C&W.
- Create innovative tools, models, and processes to streamline building certifications (LEED, WELL, BREEAM, etc.), focusing on clarity and communication of sustainability data for key stakeholder
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Architecture, Sustainability, Real Estate, Urban Planning, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of sustainability principles and ESG certifications (e.g., , LEED, BREEAM, WELL).
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data processing and reporting (Excel, Power BI, or similar tools).
- Interest in the real estate sector and motivation to drive environmental and social impact.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal, in English & Portuguese.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
