As part of their continued growth, we are seeking a dedicated Customer Advisor to join the dynamic team and contribute to making online spaces more efficient for users.
*This is a full-time position based in Lisbon, Portugal.
Your Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative, your main mission will be to provide support to small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) to help them grow their businesses across multiple channels – via chat, email and phone. Therefore, you will support and expand the self- serve advertising base for SMB clients in the online and digital advertising domain, provide pre and post-sales support and product and tool support to improve clients’ experience
Job Requirements:
● Portuguese residence permit
● Fluent level of written and spoken Portuguese (C2)
● High level of English (minimum C1 Level)
● Minimum education - High School Diploma
● Experience in customer service field
● Availability to work in rotating shifts - option for day shift or night shift preference
