Job Description
The Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager will lead Vantiva’s digital marketing operations (HubSpot) and social media presence, playing a central role in driving engagement, growing audience reach, and amplifying the company’s brand reputation. This role combines strategic planning, content creation, and analytics expertise while supporting broader corporate communication efforts. The Digital Marketing & Social Media Manager will also coordinate employee advocacy programs to extend the company’s digital presence.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Marketing Operations:
- Plan, create, and optimize landing pages (HubSpot) to support digital marketing campaigns, ensuring they align with user experience best practices and conversion goals.
- Prepare marketing campaigns (HubSpot emails, LinkedIn — advertising and InMails), including content creation, audience segmentation, and performance analysis.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Communications, HR, and Investor Relations teams to develop and execute cohesive campaign strategies across channels.
Social Media Management:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive social media content calendar, coordinating input from cross-departmental teams.
- Design and create social media visuals and posts using tools like Canva and Adobe Creative Studio, ensuring brand consistency.
- Manage Vantiva’s social media platforms (LinkedIn, X, YouTube), driving engagement and nurturing relationships with the online community.
HubSpot Platform Management:
- Manage and optimize Hubspot functionalities for marketing automation, lead management, and campaign tracking.
- Work closely with the Webmaster to ensure seamless integration with other platforms and to address technical challenges as they arise.
Employee Advocacy Coordination:
- Implement and promote employee advocacy programs to encourage team members to share company updates and broaden the brand’s reach.
- Train employees on best practices for leveraging their social media presence effectively.
Corporate Communication Support:
- Assist in publishing external corporate content, such as financial updates and other key communications, ensuring consistency across channels.
- Collaborate with the Communications team to align messaging with corporate objectives.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Monitor, analyze, and report on digital marketing and social media performance metrics, providing actionable insights for ongoing improvement.
- Leverage analytics platforms to track and optimize campaign effectiveness, audience growth, and engagement levels.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Act as the central point of contact for internal teams and external vendors involved in digital marketing and social media activities.
- Stay informed of industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas to enhance Vantiva’s digital presence.
Qualifications
A degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field, with proven experience in digital marketing and social media management.
Extensive expertise in managing HubSpot and using tools such as Jasper (AI platform for marketing content creation), Canva, Adobe Creative Studio, and social media analytics platforms for content creation and performance tracking.
Strong understanding of B2B digital marketing strategies, including email campaigns, social media management, and employee advocacy.
Advanced analytics and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret data and deliver clear insights and recommendations.
Excellent project management skills to handle multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional communication abilities, with fluency in English and a creative, detail-oriented mindset.
