Responsibilities - your mission:
With the implementation of the Export Control Compliance Project for Operations (ECCO) the need for setting up a task force composed of Export Control Specialists for Operations has arisen within Airbus.
(Hypercare activities will be ensured by an external provider in 2025, and afterwards activities will proceed into a run mode.)
Your main tasks and responsibilities during this recovery will include:
Support Operations in Export Control Compliance Project for Operations (ECCO) for all initiatives concerning tangibles classification
Ensure the handover of the Hypercare with the incumbent external provider
Support the Operations tangibles classification
Monitor and update actions progress (e.g. KPIs update)
Manage knowledge capture and prepare internal/external communication and guidelines for classification
Coordinate exchanges with the relevant stakeholders / Escalate when required to the ECCO team
Participation in the definition and improvement of the run mode activities
Requirements - our ideal candidate will have:
Master’s Degree in business or law with business experience or equivalent experience
Experience EC compliance or equivalent
Knowledge of Export Control Laws and Regulations (Dual-Use / Military) expertise would be a plus
Experience in Project Management and Change Management would be highly appreciated
Behavioral skills: autonomous, ability to manage discussion with/challenge from different stakeholders (internal and external), ability to handle diverse topics simultaneously
Knowledge of production or manufacturing engineering would be a plus
English: advanced level
French: negotiation level (would be a plus)
