The Search-Trending Operations Team is committed to establishing TikTok as the leading platform for trend discovery, consumption and engagement.The team's responsibilities span the entire lifecycle of trends operations, including but not limited to expanding trends supply、improve trends quality、operate S/A events across news/sports/entertainment/music/technology verticals with custom promotions and features.We're seeking an accomplished Product Strategy & Operations Manager with proven expertise in solving complex cross-time-zone challenges, exceptional content sensibility and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for improving core Prod ops metrics in regional markets, including but not limited to search growth, content expansion and user experience.
-Operate regional trending events under TikTok search scenarios, such as sports/entertainment/music/ news , responsible for multi-angle trends topic operations and content strategy optimization, to improve users experience for trends.
-Utilize various product levers to improve to drive more users’ engagement and enhance the event in-app volume.
- Monitor regional search data, evaluate quality and effectiveness of online recommendation, understand search needs and preferences based on metric fluctuation, provide localized analysis and suggestions for the product ops team to optimize strategies;
- Work closely and flexibly with XFN stakeholders to achieve targets together.
