Position Summary
The NBS Integrated Marketing Services (IMS) is looking for a CRM Deployment Specialist to provide a good customer experience for all Nestlé's clients by deploying the campaigns of the brands and work on different communication channels.
A day in the life of...
- Work with the Nestlé’s brands to create email, push notification and SMS campaigns based on previously defined strategy
- HTML creation based on templates including revising, and making changes/corrections when necessary
- Implement database segmentation on email marketing tool
- Design customer journeys according to the guidelines provided by the brands
- Create A/B tests in order to improve engagement and therefore, deliverability
- Monitorization of campaigns and creation of KPI reports
- Ensure campaigns’ deliverability using email marketing best practices and analyzing KPI’sz
- Build effective relationship with internal and external international stakeholders
What will make you successful
- Bachelor or master’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communication Design, Design & Multimedia, Information Management or similar
- Experience with any tool of Email Marketing (eg. MailChimp, RDStation, E-Goi, Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Eloqua, Klavyio)
- Knowledge of HTML or CSS
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
- Ability to quickly learn new technologies and working methods
- Good analytical skills
- Knowledge on Marketing Automation/Creation of customer journeys (is a plus)
- Passion for the Digital Marketing field
