We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Campaign Operations & CRM Coordinator to join our Lifecycle team at Sweatcoin. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of campaigns across email, push, and in-app messaging. Your focus will be ensuring everything runs on time, every day, with strong communication between stakeholders and attention to detail. This is a great opportunity for someone with junior to mid-level experience who wants to grow in CRM, automation, and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management & Execution : You’ll own the campaign calendar and make sure all comms go out on time. This includes coordinating briefs, creative assets, and approvals, supporting campaign setup in the CRM platform, and running QA checks to ensure everything is accurate.
- Project Management & Coordination : You’ll be the point of contact for campaign progress and timelines, keeping documentation up to date and ensuring smooth collaboration between teams. You’ll work closely with the Senior Lifecycle Marketing Manager to prioritise incoming requests and optimise workflows.
- CRM Support & Lifecycle Collaboration : Around 20% of your time will be spent supporting ongoing lifecycle initiatives such as onboarding and re-engagement flows. You’ll also help identify ways to improve processes, introduce automation, and drive efficiency in how we operate.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting : You’ll track basic performance metrics, flag issues early, and help feed learnings back into planning cycles to improve future campaigns.
What We’re Looking For
Experience:
- 1–3 years in CRM, marketing ops, or campaign coordination (B2C a plus).
- Familiar with tools like MoEngage, Braze, Hubspot, etc.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams.
