Join our team as PagerDuty Portugal’s Senior Administrative Assistant in Lisbon, where you’ll be the driving force behind our executive team’s success on both sides of the Atlantic!
You’ll masterfully manage complex calendars, coordinate seamless travel, and orchestrate everything from customer meetings to events.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars for busy executives, including scheduling client meetings, internal 1:1s, prep meetings, and team meetings.
- Utilize strong Google for Work skills to coordinate and organize schedules and tasks.
- Maintain and update travel itineraries, adapting quickly to changes or short-notice requests.
- Manage expense reimbursement processes to ensure accurate and timely submissions.
- Perform and prioritize a wide range of administrative tasks, consistently meeting deadlines and maintaining high attention to detail.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with tact and discretion.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships both inside and outside of PagerDuty.
- Respond efficiently and accurately to requests from the team.
- Partner closely with other Executive Assistants to ensure seamless support across the organization and to support a large, distributed team.
- Collaborate with other teams, such as Marketing, People, and Workplace Experience, to build an engaging office experience.
Basic Qualifications
- 4–6 years of administrative (or related/equivalent) experience supporting multiple executives, preferably in a high-tech environment
- Proven ability to achieve goals and create process and structure in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Adaptable and inventive in a dynamic environment
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects while maintaining a highly professional attitude
- Self-starter who can independently take projects from start to finish
- Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures, with a passion for learning new tools and technologies
- Experience working in a hyper-growth or scaling environment
- Sound business sense, with the ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in representing the company and your executives’ priorities
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting executives across multiple time zones and distributed teams
- Prior collaboration with global or remote teams
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and act as a culture carrier within an organization
- Familiarity with Google Workspace and other modern office tools
- Previous experience in a technology company, especially during periods of rapid growth
