About the role
This is an administrative/secretarial role, in which the person will have to provide administrative support to the whole company.
As a part of your job, you will:
- Payment processes (supplier opening requests, purchase orders, advance payment requests and MBNETs
- Online purchases with Celfocus accounts (e.g. Amazon, Continente, etc.) - Support in organising events (booking internal and external rooms and catering orders)
- Updating databases and collecting CVs
- Onboardings/Offboardings Profile and requirements
What are we looking for?
- University degree (preferred)
- Previous experience of at least 1 year in a similar role
- Advanced English
- Good computer skills: MS Office, Internet
- Knowledge of SAP (preferred)
- Communication and interpersonal skills - Dynamic, proactive person with a capacity for autonomy
- Organisational skills
- Motivation for business support areas

- Teamwork skills but also a sense of autonomy;
