The Opportunity
From day one, you will be assigned your own responsibilities, giving you exposure to client assignments and enabling you to build up valuable experience and skills. You will have opportunities to gain exposure to different aspects of our business and will be able to gain a solid understanding of what we do and how we do it.
In addition, you’ll be working on real client projects by performing the following tasks:
- Support of the operational business
- Booking and shipping of insurance policies
- Preparation of annual and follow-up collection
- Adjustment of posting differences
- Interface function to customers and contractual partners
- Correspondence with customers and insurers in German and English
What You’ll Bring
We are looking for highly driven with solid interpersonal skills. A colleague looking to join in a large and dynamic organization.
- University degree (preferred)
- Well-developed communication skills, written and spoken
- High level of German and good knowledge of English
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Can-do approach
- Strong organization skills with a methodical approach
- Able to work in a focused manner with the flexibility to prioritize workload and requests
- Good handling of the MS Office package
- Strong ability to work in a team and interpersonal competence
