The HR Factory Support Specialist will act as a link between employees and HR external service providers for HR administration and HR Payroll requests . This role will collaborate with the local HR Business Partner and the Regional HR Services Manager in various HR Services-related tasks, focusing on process compliance, data management, and employee support!

Ensuring an efficient, service-oriented, and standardized handling of HR Services inquiries from Factory Worker / Blue Collar in the production plants!


How you'll make an impact

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between employees and external vendors for HR administration (e. g. GBS) and HR Payroll requests (PS&S). Open and manage tickets to GBS or other vendors for our blue-collar employees. Interface function- Collaboration with PS&S payroll and time management, HR processes, HR business partners, and other relevant departments. Feedback on frequent inquiries or problems for process improvement
  • Handling HR inquiries (on-site, via ticketing system) on topics such as working hours, vacation, payroll, illness, shift systems, etc. Documentation of all inquiries in the ticket system for traceability and quality assurance. Ensuring SLA compliance
  • Support the Regional HR Services Manager in embedding and maintaining ongoing HR process compliance within the Factory site
  • Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements to improve HR efficiency and effectiveness. Implement self service to enable automations and HR process efficiencies. Document end to end processes for HR Processes Factory. Maintaining entries in a knowledge database
  • Provide training, address queries, and resolve issues related to Workday and other HR tools and systems
  • Guide managers and the HR Business Partner with Workday administration
  • Support the SE HR Services Manager, in coordinating and executing HR processual initiatives within the factory
  • Provide additional support for various HR Services processual projects and activities throughout the year within the Factory site
  • Assist in providing change management support for new HR processes and systems implemented within the Factory site
  • Facilitate ongoing SE HR PS&S communication within the Factory site to keep employees advised and engaged

What you bring


  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
  • Previous experience in HR administration or support roles, preferably in a manufacturing or factory environment
  • Familiarity with HR systems, particularly Workday, is highly desirable
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a willingness to take initiative
  • Understanding of shift patterns, time management, and specific production regulations
  • High availability and fast response times, especially for short-term requests (e.g., sick notes, shift changes)

In this role you will be working within the Human Resources function – SE HR PS&S People Services & Systems, a truly global and team with varied strengths of specialists with an open attitude, responsible for guaranteeing operational performance and budget adherence of HR Systems & Services, ensuring and maintaining fit-for-purpose HR systems and processes, safeguarding end-to-end delivery while promoting Siemens Energy digital transformation. You will get all the trust and empowerment to be successful. Handling various topics spread across HR operations and geographies will be driven, global and require certain flexibility and commitment
