The HR Business Partner Analyst will be responsible for providing comprehensive HR support and ensuring the effective delivery of HR services to employees and managers. This role focuses on employee relations, training management, payroll coordination, and operational HR processes while fostering a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for employees, addressing inquiries and resolving HR-related issues on time;
  • Oversee the relationship with the external payroll provider, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll and compliance with local regulations;
  • Coordinate employee training and development initiatives, including enrolment, tracking, and reporting;
  • Manage employee data, contracts, and documentation, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records;
  • Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws;
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and support cultural development within the company;
  • Support cross-cut HR processes (talent management, performance review, budgeting, and others).

Requirements

Experience & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • Proven 2-3 years’ experience in HR operations, and employee support;
  • Understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements;
  • Knowledge of SAP would be a plus.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities;
  • Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment;
  • Seek ways to enhance processes and outcomes;
  • Proficiency in Excel and other data management tools;
  • Proficiency in English.
