We are seeking an HR Assistant to join our team and play a vital role in keeping our people operations running smoothly with the following Key Responsibilities:
Operational HR Support
- Coordinate interview scheduling and recruitment logistics
- Assist with onboarding documentation and new hire setup
- Support Compensation & Benefits projects with data and documentation
- Help organize training programs and internal events
- Contribute to day-to-day HR and office administrative needs
Administrative Coordination
- Manage attendance and absenteeism records
- Schedule occupational health appointments and keep health files up to date
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Prepare HR documents and assist with reporting to official Portuguese entities
- Keep payroll-related documentation organized and compliant
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Previous experience in an HR or administrative role
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- High attention to detail and confidentiality
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- A proactive, supportive and team player
- Fluency in Portuguese (English is a plus).
