The Opportunity
Join our high-performing Lisbon Hub as part of the Switzerland Actuarial Team and play a key role in supporting consultants at our Swiss office. In this position, you'll be instrumental in ensuring efficient business operations, focusing on billing management, client documentation, and process optimization.
You’ll act as the go-to expert for billing-related matters while also handling broader administrative and organizational responsibilities. If you're looking for a role where you can contribute meaningfully, grow professionally, and make an impact — this is your chance.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of the monthly billing process, collaborating closely with consultants to ensure timeliness and accuracy.
- Lead the dunning process and track outstanding items to ensure healthy financial performance.
- Prepare in-depth evaluations, analysis, and controlling reports that support strategic decisions.
- Serve as the main point of contact for billing-related inquiries, ensuring clarity and responsiveness.
- Create and edit presentations and documents in English, German, and French tailored to diverse client needs.
- Manage a variety of administrative and organizational tasks that support the daily flow of operations.
- Assist in planning and delivering internal training courses to foster continuous learning within the team.
- Support and co-lead projects, including the technical brochure, ensuring high-quality execution from start to finish.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a detail-oriented, proactive team player who thrives in a dynamic and multicultural environment. Ideal candidates will have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or a related field.
- Fluency in English and German; French is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication skills — both written and verbal.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset.
- A quick learner with a solution-oriented and structured approach.
- The ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities effectively.
- A can-do attitude, attention to detail, and a strong sense of ownership.
- High proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
