Capgemini Engineering is looking for a Functional Analyst / Business Analyst to join our team working on a challenging project in the public healthcare sector. The role will focus primarily on requirements analysis and managemen, contributing to scalable and high-performance digital platforms that support essential healthcare services.
YOUR PROFILE
Academic Background: Degree in Technology, Computer Engineering, or a similar field;
Minimum 6 years of experience in business/functional analysis;
Experience in Healthcare Business;
Proficiency in modeling languages/notations (UML and BPMN);
Experience in system functional specifications and documentation;
Knowledge of platforms like Atlassian (Jira and Confluence) and/or Azure;
Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools (Scrum/Kanban);
Fluency in Portuguese.

Gather requirements from stakeholders;
Prepare and maintain requirements documentation.
