InnoWave is looking for a Junior Business Analyst with good communication skills and detail-oriented. In this position you will gather and analyze data, while working closely with a cross-fucntional team to identify opportunities and help develop actionable insights.

Responsibilities

Ensure the execution of the onboarding/offboarding process for the management team
Ensure the configuration of logical access in the appropriate platform for this purpose
Anticipate possible challenges and proactively propose solutions
Propose alternatives and evaluate trade-offs with different approaches
Analyze data, processes and systems to identify problems and opportunities for improvement

Skills
At least 1 years of experience as a Business Analyst
Innovative thinker, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Very good interpersonal, communication and teamwork skills.
Good sense of professional ethics and responsibility.
Fluent in English - written and spoken (mandatory).
