Job Description
Our squad With the increasing AI ambitions of the bank and within a framework of continuous improvement, the DataLab squad must strengthen the automation and integration of our platform within the IT system, while responding to the new needs of data scientists;
• Ensure the platform remains operational (Challenge support teams in case of instability)
• Improve platform management processes (Alerting, reporting, automation…)
• Implement/improve the processes for deploying/updating AI models (CI/CD ML Ops)
• Facilitate and secure access to the diverse and varied data necessary for the activities of data scientists.
• Provide IT expertise to data scientists for setting up their new AI use cases.
• Define best practices for platform usage in collaboration with the analytics teams.
• Implement new industrialized and secure solutions corresponding to the needs of AI (DMM, RAG, Dynamic Model API, Conversational Agent…)
• Collaborate with the platform support team to define/share new support guidelines. The position We are looking for a DevOps engineer to join our team within an Agile@Scale organization. The candidate will act as a player within the team and will be responsible for the successful execution of the squad’s user stories related to technical activities. Like each member of the squad, they will also ensure that the DataLab platform meets business requirements, security standards, and offer an high-quality user experience. A good understanding of the relevant technologies, combined with detailed knowledge of the Domino Datalab product, is essential to achieving our squad’s objectives. Finally, they will work closely with the Analytics teams and cross-functional IT teams (Architecture, Security, Cloud Infrastructure, and Network).

o Communicate technical plans, progress, and status updates to stakeholders, including the product owner or business representatives.
o Collaborate with other teams, such as DevOps, Security, Architecture, and Analytics, to ensure a smooth integration and delivery of our initiatives.
o Participate in Agile ceremonies (Sprint planning, sprint review, Daily stand-up meetings, etc.). And contribute vision and expertise on technical subjects during backlog refinement.

o Resolve complex technical issues and provide solutions to ensure the stability and performance of the platform.
o Collaborate with the team to identify and prioritize technical debt and develop plans to address it.

Qualifications
Technical skills:
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure projects/subjects, including at least 3 years as DevOps role. • Experience in maintaining a Production platform in operational condition.
• Cloud engineering skills:
o Networking (Firewall, routing)
o Storage (COS, Buckets…)
o Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
o File Transfer (CFT) o Security (Hvault, certificates, Vulnerabilities…)
o Monitoring (Grafana)
o Log Management (ELK)
• Experience with DevOps tools, such as:
o GitLab o GitLab CI/CD o Artifactory o Fortify o NexusIQ o Confluence o Jira
• Strong scripting skills in Python.
• Skills in creating Docker images.
• Proficiency in English (fluent).
