What You’ll Do:
As a Technical Pre-Sales Specialist, you’ll be the technical voice in the commercial process, designing and presenting solutions tailored to client needs in the broadcast and media industry. You’ll translate business opportunities into technically viable proposals that win trust and close deals.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and design tailored solutions;
- Prepare technical documentation, diagrams, and proposals for new projects;
- Participate in meetings with clients to present and defend proposed solutions;
- Liaise with internal teams (product, engineering, operations) to ensure feasibility and alignment;
- Stay updated on industry trends and contribute to the continuous improvement of our technical offerings;
- Occasionally travel for client meetings or presentations.
Requirements:
- Background in Electrical, Telecommunications, or Computer Engineering, or similar (preferred);
- Relevant experience in broadcast engineering, ideally with knowledge of live broadcast workflows, automation, and playout systems;
- Strong ability to analyze requirements and design technical solutions;
- Experience producing clear, well-structured technical documentation;
- Previous experience in pre-sales roles or direct technical interaction with clients is a plus;
- Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively in fast-paced environments with tight deadlines;
- Familiarity with technical drawing and proposal tools such as Visio, AutoCAD, Draw.io, or similar.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders;
- Full fluency in English, both spoken and written;
- Availability to travel occasionally.
