We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join the Supply Chain team of an international energy company. This role will provide essential administrative and clerical support to the Supply Chain Management team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the Supply Chain team
- Process and track invoices
- Perform accurate data entry
- Maintain records and filing systems
- Review and file purchase orders
- Administer documents via DocuSign
- Manage files stored in SharePoint
- Provide additional administrative support as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1–2 years of experience in an office environment preferred
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and team spirit
- Familiarity with IFS is a plus, but not required
