Skills and experiences
- Lead Finance or Supply Chain assessments, identifying trends, patterns and opportunities for improvement, develop and implement AI-driven strategies to enhance Finance and Supply Chain efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing Finance or Supply Chain systems.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of AI-driven Finance or Supply Chain initiatives.
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support decision-making processes.
- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI for Finance and SCM domains.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate clients as well as internal stakeholders on technology and AI-driven best practices in Finance or Supply Chain management and change management
About you
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial, Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years’ industry experience in Finance or Supply Chain Management with strong preference to Finance, Logistics, Procurement or International Trade with a proven track record of delivering strategic initiatives
- Proven experience in Finance and Supply Chain Management advanced analytics solutions, technology implementation with a focus on AI and innovation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proficiency in AI tools and technologies.
- Experience in leading across functional teams and managing client relationships at different levels
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
