What You’ll Do
- Review content on the platform with accuracy and care, ensuring it meets community guidelines and quality standards
- Monitor and evaluate listings to ensure policy, legal, and safety compliance
- Apply rational decision-making backed by your understanding of the local market
- Adapt to policy updates, schedule shifts, and new procedures
- Escalate complex or sensitive issues through proper internal channels
- Stay up-to-date with the latest in e-commerce trends and standards
- Help maintain a trustworthy and engaging shopping experience for users worldwide
What You Bring
- Spanish: C2 level (native-like fluency)
- English: B2 level (comfortable communication)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong content moderation skills and logical thinking
- Calm, empathetic, and professional under pressure
- Solid understanding of e-commerce environments
- Ability to handle high-volume queues during big campaigns and seasonal promos
