Position: Content Moderator
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Employment type: Full-time (6 month contract) with possibility of extension / permanent contract
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintained strong knowledge and enthusiasm for leading e-commerce products, services, and industry standards
- Reviewed content in line with established service level agreements (SLAs) and quality benchmarks
- Ensured uploaded content complied with platform policies, legal standards, and safety guidelines
- Adapted to policy updates, schedule changes, and followed standard operating procedures with consistency
- Identified and escalated issues through proper internal channels, adhering to company protocols
REQUIREMENTS:
- Native/fluent in Spanish both verbal and written (C2 level). Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
- Excellent moderation abilities with clear verbal and written communication, sound judgment, and local market insight
- Solid understanding of e-commerce platforms and industry practices
- Able to manage high workloads and maintain performance during peak promotional periods
- Strong customer service skills with empathy, effective communication, and balanced decision-making
