Compensation: Up to €27,000/year total package
Responsibilities:
Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with guidelines
Maintain high accuracy and attention to detail during audits
Identify and escalate potential risks or violations quickly
Provide feedback to improve content policies and workflows
Requirements:
Proficiency in Italian (B2+ spoken & written)
Good command of English for internal communication
Ability to work in a 24/7 shift pattern (including nights & weekends)
Strong analytical skills and keen eye for detail

Competitive Salary: €985/month × 14 payments annually
Signing Bonus: €3,940
Language Bonus: Up to €400/month for C2 level Italian
Daily Meal Allowance: €7.23/day (worth €167/month)
