The Commissioning Supervisor will be assigned to a large scale Solar Farm Project in Ireland. The Commissioning Supervisor shall in general terms supervise all commissioning activities assuring compliance with the project design, Commissioning Plan, safety plan, applicable standards and best practices, in particular but not limited to, shall:
i. Supervise, witness and follow up all commissioning activities performed by the Suppliers, assuring compliance with Commissioning Plan, Commissioning Procedures, Commissioning Schedule, safety plan, applicable standards and best practices.
ii. Carry out inspections to validate the results of commissioning activities carried out by Suppliers.
iii. Carry out specific inspections as requested by the Commissioning Manager.
iv. Compile, validate and submit to the Commissioning Manager the commissioning reportsissued by the Suppliers.
v. Upon request, accompany or represent the Commissioning Manager in events/issues related to the Project commissioning.
vi. Daily report/updated the Commissioning Manager on the commissioning activities, results, findings or any other relevant subject related to the commissioning activities
vii. In collaboration with Commissioning Manager updated the Issues and Action List, Commissioning Schedule and Commissioning Dossier;
viii. Lesson learnt for next projects – resume of positive and negative that should beconsidered for next projects.
The Commissioning Supervisor shall have the following qualifications
i. Minimum Qualified electrical technician
ii. Working experience in PV photovoltaic systems
iii. Testing & commissioning experience on photovoltaic systems
iv. Proficiency in MS Office, word, excel, outlook, etc
v. English as working language
vi. Working experience in high voltage systems, preferable
vii. Testing & commissioning experience in high voltage systems, preferable
viii. HV authorized person qualification (City & Guilds), preferable
ix. Valid Safe Pass, preferable;
x. Work authorisation for Ireland (required) for example EU citizen or Passport holder
