We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Account Executive to drive growth across the Iberian market within our Treasury & Capital Markets division. This role requires a strategic thinker with deep industry knowledge, a strong network, and a proven track record of closing complex deals with mid-to-large financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the Iberian region, aligned with divisional goals.
- Identify, pursue, and close complex sales opportunities across new and existing accounts.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline, ensuring consistent overachievement of sales targets.
Client Engagement
- Cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers at multiple levels within client organizations.
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and aligning solutions to deliver value.
- Represent the company at industry events, forums, and client meetings to enhance visibility and thought leadership.
Market & Industry Insight
- Leverage deep knowledge of the Treasury & Capital Markets landscape to anticipate market trends and regulatory changes.
- Provide competitive intelligence and insights to inform product positioning and go-to-market strategies.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Lead cross-functional teams to support complex sales cycles and ensure successful client onboarding.
- Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and delivery teams to tailor solutions and drive client success.
Qualifications & Experience
- 8–10 years of successful enterprise sales experience, preferably in financial technology or capital markets.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales quotas and managing complex sales cycles.
- Strong understanding of Treasury & Capital Markets products, services, and client needs.
- Excellent negotiation, consultative selling, and communication skills.
- Fluent in English and (Spanish and/or Portuguese)
- Based in Iberia or willing to travel extensively within the region.
