THE ROLE
As a Sales Fulfillment & After-Sales Agent within the RV Sales team at Indie Campers, you will own the customer experience from the moment a sales contract is signed until all post-sale matters are resolved. You’ll be the main point of contact for the customer after the sale, coordinating delivery appointments, managing all vehicle documentation and legal requirements, and handling any after-sales claims with care and professionalism.
You’ll work closely with internal departments to ensure that each vehicle is delivered legally, on time, and with no pending issues, while also being ready to support the customer in case of any problems that may arise after delivery.
WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?
- Act as the customer’s primary point of contact after the sale is closed.
- Coordinate vehicle delivery scheduling, ensuring all steps are aligned and completed.
- Manage the complete sales fulfillment process, from documentation to legal registration and insurance.
- Handle and resolve after-sales claims with empathy and efficiency.
- Monitor and improve two key KPIs:
- Work with internal teams (Assets, Finance, Legal, Operations) to coordinate each delivery and resolve issues.
- Maintain proactive communication and follow-ups to ensure process completion.
WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Background in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or similar.
- Exceptionally organized and detail-driven.
- A strong communicator, capable of navigating internal priorities and customer expectations.
- Customer-focused and calm under pressure, especially when solving post-sale issues.
- Able to multitask and prioritize across multiple ongoing cases.
- Experience in sales operations, vehicle processes, or customer-facing coordination is a plus.
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
