What is this challenge about
- Develop, test, and implement automation solutions (UiPath, Power Automate, etc.);
- Maintain and optimize automated processes, ensuring efficiency and scalability;
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective automation integration;
- Apply best development practices following the Robotic Enterprise Framework (REF);
- Use LINQ for data optimization and manipulation within RPA processes;
- Manage code repositories in Azure DevOps, ensuring version control, continuous integration, and efficient collaboration (optional).

What we are looking for
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in RPA development;
- Solid knowledge of JIRA, Git, and version control best practices;
- Experience with the Robotic Enterprise Framework (REF) and scalable development;
- Proficiency in LINQ for data manipulation;
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving orientation;
- Good communication skills and team spirit;
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
