Higher education in the area of Information Technologies;
Minimum professional experience of 5 years as an RPA Consultant, and at least 3 years of experience with UiPath and/or Power Platform;
Proven professional experience in UiPath (Orchestrator, Studio, Robots) and Power Platform;
Solid knowledge in VB.NET and/or C# development;
Good knowledge in integrating APIs and automation for critical processes;
Knowledge in project management and leadership of automation teams;
Certifications in UiPath Advanced RPA Developer or Power Platform are valued;
Fluency in Portuguese (mandatory);
Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong vision of business processes;
Communication ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders;
Proactive, innovative and with critical and strategic thinking.
