About the Role
We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our team at OSCAR and play a pivotal role in expanding our network of service partner providers. In this role, you’ll be responsible for acquiring high-quality professionals to join OSCAR and guarantee they succeed with us. Your mission is to fuel our growth by guaranteeing we have the right supply for our demand.
Your responsibilities:
- Provider Acquisition: Proactively source, select, and recruit the best professionals in specific cities and categories (e.g., cleaning, repairs).
- Sales Strategy: Pitch the OSCAR platform with confidence and clarity, communicating the benefits and long-term value of joining our network.
- Provider registration: Guarantee all acquired providers go through the whole registration process with the necessary documentation to be onboarded.
- Provider activation: Ensure the providers you brought become active, by completing jobs with OSCAR.
About You:
- Experience: 1+ years in sales or business development, preferably in startups or dynamic environments.
- Closing Skills: You’re a sales person! You can sell ice to the eskimos!
- Results-Oriented: You're highly motivated and results-driven and can consistently achieve and surpass sales goals.
- Proactive and Strategic: You don’t wait for opportunities — you create them.
- Resilient and Resourceful: Comfortable in fast-paced, ever-changing environments where agility and creativity are key.
