That's because, to us, each day is a chance to grow. As a team, we continuously inspire each other to learn new and better ways to make an impact. We own our jobs proudly - our leaders don't hold our hands, but they're in our corner whenever we ask for help - and our environment is flexible and remote-first.
Ready to take on a dynamic role where responsiveness and curiosity drive results? We’re on the hunt for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in the EMEA region who will be responsible for qualifying high-intent inbound leads and booking meetings for their Account Executive partners. As the first line of communication with many of our prospective customers, SDRs need to have a strong understanding of Kinsta’s product and sales process, excel at handling live chats and inbound calls, and be confident in asking the right questions to uncover sales opportunities.
The primary focus of this role is managing the inbound phone line and chat function on the Kinsta website, engaging active buyers, and qualifying them using our criteria. In addition, SDRs will support outbound prospecting when inbound volume is low, re-engaging past leads and participating in targeted campaigns as needed. This role also includes responsibilities like surfacing opportunities from within the CRM and keeping contact and company records clean and up to date. SDRs who demonstrate strong performance and alignment with the Kinsta Ethos will have access to new challenges and growth opportunities within the revenue organization.
If you thrive on creating great first impressions, love engaging prospects, and want to drive measurable impact — we want you on our team!
