Our Banking Operations department stands out for the excellence of its unique tailor-made service, recognized by customers and the market alike. Nearly 200 employees work closely together in Switzerland and Singapore to handle the banking operations of demanding customers.
The team
As part of the Cash team, you will support back office activities through Cash Payments, Treasury and Forex and Cash reconciliations and investigations.
You will be part of a dedicated team in charge of the administrative management of the inter bank accounts in our core banking system.
But here’s the exciting part: you’ll be helping launch this activity from scratch in Lisbon, working closely with our experienced team in Switzerland.
The role will be based in Lisbon, Portugal (Av. Dom João II 43, 1990-084 Lisboa, Portugal).
Your responsibilities
- Perform the opening and closing of inter bank accounts, updates, and monitoring of relationships in our core banking system.
- Managing incoming requests via our ticketing tool, email, phone.
- Customer service, relations with all correspondents, brokers, and custodians of our client banks.
- Contact with our client banks, actively supporting the cash and securities back-office teams.
- Collect the necessary documentation for opening a relationship (depending on the country) and follow up on relationships.
