About the role
- Our Tools & Bank Accounts team, composed of 2 people, is integrated in the Global Business Services Treasury department and focuses on supporting treasury operations in collaboration with Treasury Operations and the International treasury team.
- As a Treasury Tools & Bank Account Management Specialist, you will work on managing treasury tools, ensuring robust risk management and documentation to support the Treasury team. You will get the opportunity to contribute to maintaining Bank Accounts information updated and have a positive impact on Solvay group.

You will be accountable for:
- Overseeing the creation, maintenance, and closure of Solvay group bank accounts globally and updating Powers of Attorney and lists of signatories.
- Assisting with Know-Your-Customer (KYC) processes with banks and bank account circularization.
- Providing assistance during internal control and external audits.
- Managing access rights to Treasury tools (internal/external) and administering static data and master files.
- Performing data reconciliations and uploading market data in the Treasury Management System.
- We offer a permanent contract based on hybrid working mode.
About you
- Relevant education degree or equivalent in Finance & Economics or Data Management.
- Relevant work experience in Data Management or a Finance Department.

About the pay and benefits
- Attractive and equitable pay for all: compensation is determined within a range to foster your development in the role. While the Portugal base pay reasonably expected for this role is 19,000 EUR to 22,000 EUR (Annual Base Salary), your salary may ultimately be higher or lower based on your skills and experience. Additionally, we provide a competitive total rewards package that includes a bonus and/or other incentives.
