Job Title: Pricing & Back-Office Specialist (automotive sector)

Overview / Summary:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Pricing & Back Office Specialist to support a key player in the automotive industry. This role will be responsible for managing pricing-related activities within internal systems, ensuring accuracy and consistency across supplier pricing, intercompany transactions, and ERP platforms. You will be the main point of contact for tasks such as price uploads, validations, contract creation, and system maintenance. The position also provides essential support to the Sales Administration team through pricing analysis and back-office operations.
Responsibilities and Tasks:

Validate supplier prices and ensure alignment with expected commercial conditions (excluding procurement scope).

Upload validated supplier prices into internal pricing tools and ensure correct reflection in SAP to avoid mismatches.

Manage and maintain plant-to-plant intercompany prices, ensuring alignment with internal ERP systems.

Upload and maintain sales pricing within internal systems, according to the defined scope.

Create and manage intercompany contracts, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.

Monitor and update pricing information in response to commercial or market changes.

Act as the internal expert on pricing-related systems, maintaining access and collaborating with relevant stakeholders.

Analyze and resolve price discrepancies in coordination with customers and suppliers.
- Provide support to the Sales Administration team with pricing-related back-office activities.
Requirements
Mandatory Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

Minimum of 3 years in pricing, controlling, or data administration roles.

Experience working with proprietary pricing or contract management tools is a plus.

Detail-oriented and organized.

Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Clear communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams.

Languages: Fluency in English (mandatory); Spanish is a plus.

Strong understanding of ERP systems, especially SAP.

High-level skills in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data validation).
Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite. -
Complementary Requirements:
- Experience in the automotive industry or other complex industrial environments is highly valued.

Eagerness to become an advanced user of internal tools and systems.
- Familiarity with pricing governance and intercompany operations is an advantage.
