Position Overview
We are looking for a PMO & Reporting Specialist to support our Head of Finance Transformation in coordinating project activities, maintaining documentation, ensuring adherence to standards and facilitating stakeholder communication on project progress and expediting the resolution of risks and issues. The ideal candidate will bring strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. A proactive and detail-oriented approach will be essential to succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Assist in project planning, resource coordination, and progress monitoring.
- Facilitate, coordinate and produce status reports and status reporting meetings to key project stakeholders
- Standards and Methodologies: Ensure compliance with project management standards and provide training.
- Risk and Issue Management: Track and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as a liaison, present findings, and support reporting needs.
- Continuous Improvement: Enhance reporting processes and implement new tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, IT or related field
- Experience in project management or PMO. Experience of project managing ERP or systems implementation projects is a plus
- Proficiency in project management and data analysis tools (e.g., Jira, Excel, PowerBI is a plus).
