Job Description
As an HR Reporting Specialist, you will create comprehensive weekly and monthly HR reports by collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data to provide actionable insights that support strategic decision-making.
In your new role you will:
- Create comprehensive weekly and monthly HR reports by collecting, cleaning, and validating data
- Perform calculations, publish reports, and provide actionable insights by analyzing trends and results
- Develop and maintain robust data quality controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of reporting
- Ensure that all reporting activities align with relevant regulations , internal policies, and industry standards
- Identify opportunities to enhance and streamline reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement automation tools and innovative reporting solutions
- Continuously monitor and enhance reporting workflows to meet evolving business needs
Your Profile
You have a strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in everything you do. Your excellent problem-solving skills, combined with a proactive approach, enable you to identify and address issues effectively and efficiently. You thrive in a collaborative environment, building strong relationships with team members while also demonstrating the ability to work independently when needed.
You are best equipped for this role if you have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analytics or related field
- First experience in reporting, data analysis or a similar role (experience in HR reporting is a plus)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel , other data analysis tools is a plus (e.g. Tableau)
- Familiarity with HR databases and systems (e.g. SAP HR)
- Fluency in English, German is a plus
