We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Player Support Specialist fluent in French to join our growing team. You’ll be the bridge between our company and the gaming community, helping players resolve issues, gather feedback, and enhance their overall gaming experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to players’ in-game inquiries and provide effective solutions
- Handle complaints, suggestions, and consultations with professionalism
- Engage with players to collect feedback and improve satisfaction
- Monitor and report game anomalies or issues
- Collaborate with technical teams to resolve problems promptly
- Contribute to process and content optimization
Requirements
- Native written proficiency in French
- Good spoken, written, and listening skills in English
- Strong communication skills with diverse audiences
- Passion for gaming and familiarity with the gaming industry
- Ability to work onsite in Lisbon
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
