Job Description
We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Specialist to join our Performance Marketing team and play a key role in driving measurable growth across the entire customer journey.
In this role, you will develop and execute targeted digital marketing strategies that align with the broader marketing organization. You will work closely and cross-functionally with field marketing and performance marketing teams to ensure alignment between channel activations and regional initiatives, creating unified, integrated plans for our core audiences. Your efforts will directly support company OKRs by connecting day-to-day tactics to overarching business objectives, optimizing campaign effectiveness, and enhancing overall pipeline growth.
In this role you will be able to work on a hybrid model, working both from home and from our Lisbon office once per week.
What will you be doing?
Act as the primary liaison for the Performance Marketing team, representing its priorities and performance in cross-functional meetings — and effectively communicating the goals, needs, and feedback of other teams back to Performance Marketing to ensure alignment and shared success.
Develop a deep understanding of the entire customer journey, from lead creation to closed opportunity, and proactively identify opportunities, including testing and channel integration initiatives, to remove friction, improve conversion rates, and strengthen the funnel overall.
Analyze performance across channels and touchpoints to generate actionable insights that shape and support a cohesive, data-driven strategy for driving growth.
Regularly review funnel performance, including lead quality and quantity, conversion rates, and segment or channel-specific pipeline and average deal size (ADS), to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
Work closely with channel owners and cross-functional partners (Regional Marketing, Sales, Integrated Campaigns) to ensure consistent alignment on strategic goals, performance measurement, messaging, and precise audience targeting.
Partner with channel and campaign owners to develop comprehensive activation plans that integrate paid, owned, and earned channels, strategically tailored to engage buyers throughout their journey
What are we looking for:
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in data-driven digital/performance marketing (experience in B2B SaaS required).
Fluent in English (verbal and written).
Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, or similar BI tools (working knowledge of SQL preferred but not required)
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas and translate data into actionable insights.
Experience using marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Eloqua, or Pardot, along with a solid understanding of CRM systems like Salesforce and HubSpot.
Proven experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams to align strategies and drive shared outcomes
Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) is a plus, especially if you’ve worked on strategies that target high-value accounts (1:1 and 1:few) and align closely with Sales.
Hybrid: In this role, our hybrid experience is designed at the team level to give you a rich onsite experience packed with connection, collaboration, learning, and celebration - while also giving you flexibility to work remotely for part of the week. This role must attend our local office for part of the week. The specific in-office schedule is to be determined by the hiring manager.
