Your responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality phone support to our French-speaking customers.
- Assist both existing and potential customers with information and support related to our products and services.
- Handle customer requests in our systems (e.g., rate adjustments, plan changes, service activations, address updates, etc.).
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in customer service processes.
What we’re looking for:
- Fluency in French (minimum C1 level – required). English is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and an interest in configuring technical systems and devices.
- Willingness to work flexible hours (Monday to Saturday, between 07:00 and 21:00).
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong customer service mindset.
- Availability to commute regularly or willingness to relocate to the Porto area.
