ROLE SUMMARY:
St. Peter’s International School is seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to the Executive Head to provide exceptional administrative and operational support. This is a pivotal role ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the Executive Head’s schedule and supporting the wider leadership team across our vibrant bilingual school

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and coordinate the Executive Head’s calendar, meetings, and appointments with efficiency and discretion
- Handle email and written communication with clarity, professionalism, and confidentiality
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations to support meetings and school operations
- Organise and facilitate visits from inspectors, external partners, and guests, acting as the first point of contact
- Provide administrative support for HR-related processes, including reintegration meetings, staff punctuality tracking, and follow-up communications
- Anticipate needs and proactively resolve issues before they escalate
- Liaise with internal departments to support the school’s leadership and operational priorities
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:
- Fluent English; Portuguese fluency is an advantage but not required
- Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
- A high degree of professionalism, discretion, and interpersonal sensitivity
- A proactive, autonomous, and solutions-oriented mindset
- Excellent organisational skills and a meticulous attention to detail
- A calm and approachable manner, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, families, and external stakeholders
- Previous experience in a school, HR, or administrative support role is highly desirabl
