YOUR TASKS

• Participate in recruitment process such as designing and publishing job advertisements, pre-selection of applications and coordination of interviews.
• Support on with the move of local staff to other countries, following the group Global Mobility policies and procedures.
• Responsible for executing P&C employment lifecycle matters such as employment contracts management, absence management, issuing employment certificates and taking care of the employee data archives.
• Provide support to the employees on various employment life cycle matters.
• Responsible for payroll process coordination, including communication with the payroll providers.
• Provide support to implement and develop local programs, policies and procedures.
• Participate in local internal communication development and practice.

YOUR PROFILE

• 2-5 years generalist experience in Human Resources;
• Experience in Global Mobility: Inbound/Outbound.
• Experience working in an international environment is a benefit.
• Relevant Bachelors or Master’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Organizational & Leadership, Psychology or similar
• Fluent in Portuguese and English, other area languages are a benefit
• Proactive personality who is willing to take ownership.
