What will be your main responsibilities?
- Provide local and/or remote user support;
- Assist in the installation of hardware and software systems;
- Analyse and acquire IT equipment;
- Support in troubleshooting technical issues and network problems;
- Create and maintain technical and procedural documentation;
- Install, configure, and maintain equipment;
- Administer and maintain the company’s and branches’ infrastructure;
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot systems.
Profile and requirements:
- Technical or higher education in IT-related fields;
- Proven professional experience in similar roles;
- Knowledge of networks and IT systems;
- Experience with programming, routers, switches, and servers;
- Ability to work independently and solve technical problems;
- Resilience, proactivity, and dynamism;
- Language Requirements: Advanced proficiency in English and Portuguese, with proven fluency at the C1 level.
- Location: Caldas da Rainha (Portugal), on office work model
