Overview of Role
An exciting position, Payroll Specialist, has been created within the FinTrU Payroll team to support our continued global expansion.
This role reports directly into the Global Payroll Manager and will assist in managing the effective and efficient delivery of payroll for FinTrU employees across multiple jurisdictions.

You should apply if you have:
- Minimum of three years’ experience within the payroll remit for employees in Portugal and/or UK
- Excellent understanding of payroll best practice and compliance
- Flexibility and enthusiasm to learn and develop in the role
This is an opportunity to:
- Manage and process monthly payrolls across multiple regions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to validate payroll data, resolve queries, and support audits
- Drive continuous improvement by enhancing payroll processes and contributing to operational efficiency
