As part of our expansion, we are strenghening our team with a Logistics Administrative.
Responsabilities:
Independently coordinate national and international transport from its point of departure to the final customer, carrying out a continuous follow-up of the different KPI's with internal stakeholders and carriers themselves.
Oversee and optimize the capacity and stock management of our branches and logistics centers, identifying and implementing process improvements.
Resolution of incidents (vehicles and special routes, billing to customers...).
Comparative analysis of different logistics alternatives.
Reporting of the actions to the Berlin headquarters (HQ) as well as to other countries where AUTO1 Group operates.
What are we looking for?
Minimum 2 years’ experience in logistics, supply chain, or transport coordination, preferably in an international environment.
[Mandatory Factor] Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
[Mandatory Factor] fluent in English
Knowledge of Spanish would be a plus
Analytical, problem-solving and communicative skills.
